July 3,  2002

Okay, so yesterday's painting definitely stays upstairs.  i don't like it.  Well, i don't hate it - but i am just not happy with the results.  i suppose the one redeeming quality was that i got a bit braver with colour, but that's about it.  It's definitely one of those paintings that hopefully a really good frame improves.

Maybe i should find those lessons soon.  Or maybe i should give up on naked bodies and try landscapes.  Nudity is more fun though!

Himself and i continue to be playful.  Time off sure helps my energy levels!  He hasn't put the toys away yet, which bodes well for a bit more playing yet this week (although we'll have to hide them from His daughter when she visits today.)  And last night, when i crawled in the bed beside Him while He was chatting to His mother on the phone,  He made the mistake of being very naked and tasty looking.  i indulged :)  He of course pushed me away - talking to His mother after all *g* - but things got nice and steamy after the phone was hung up.  Nothing better than tasty brown skin ... hard  ... err.. never mind!

      Vacations are good.

It feels like my vacation only really started yesterday.  Maybe that's the disadvantage to attaching it to an already established long weekend.  i would have had the first 3 days anyway - so the true time off didn't actually start until everyone else got back to their routines.  i know - this is all convoluted sense but hey! It's mine :)  And now i'm feeling like there's barely any time left before i'm back to the routine of work again.

i had forgotten how nice it is to get up at a slower pace in the morning, have time to write here, have time to do a bit of painting (i'm avoiding the mess in the kitchen!) and hopefully get a new issue of the ezine up as well.  i think when i get back to work, i'm going to have to establish a new pattern of working, so that i'm not always so late leaving the office.  Or make it a hard limit that i only stay late for two nights per week, instead of all five.

We are off to a wedding this weekend.  Himself and i are in the wedding party, of which the entire bridal party are kinksters like us.  We won't be wearing fet gear however.  The bride and groom are into medieval type things, so i'll be wearing a bar wench outfit (borrowed) and Himself will be wearing His kilt.  Hmm.  i wonder if He'll let me take an "up skirt" shot? *snicker*

"But Sir! There's LOTS of people who'd love to see a picture of Your ... err ... You"  :)

Okay back to painting before i get in much more trouble.  And yes kayla, (Ma'am, Captain, Boss Lady, She Who Should Be Obeyed, Warden *lol*) i promise to work on the ezine too!
