So the first meeting of the "Paint 'n Paddle"
unofficial club was a huge success! We lost one
attendee to the weather and another to a damaged knee, but
still had a comfortable showing of 7 people. Four of
whom were very happy to get quite naked - thank you very
much :-)
And one of 'em was a guy!
Totally unexpected, but a great treat, was one model's
husband's offer of posing as well. i managed to get
a few sketches of them that i was moderately happy with,
but given that the whole "live person"
experience was new to me, it took awhile to get the right
flow going. Once i did i started to understand how
great it can be to have real people, instead of working
from photos. The only real problem i had with it is
that i'm still in the learning therefore slow stage, and a
pose can only be held for so long!
The scanner isn't big enough to get the whole pic, so had
to "splice" it together, but this is one of the
quick sketches (not a lot of detail in it.)

i was able
to find the paint sticks as well, and as it turned out
they were perfect. Especially since the
"label" on the one side, with the addition of an
apostrophe and "s" added by hand to the end,
spelled "sico's". Perfect. The pro
art-eest buddy did the decorating - she's especially good
at just about anything that involves a writing/drawing
implement!

So there we
were, 4 "artists" (one is a pro and makes a
living at it) sketching away, with 3 nekkid people posing
this way and that. i served a cheese and cracker
tray, and some trail mix type munchies, plus had picked up
a bottle of white wine. Himself unfortunately had to
work, but part way through the day i called up to Him;
"sweetie... we have naked people in the living
room!" He hollered back; "do any of them
know accounting?" Poor man missed all the
fun. Well the fun at that point; He made up for it
later.
Then we
lost one of the "artists" to the model
crew. Next thing i know we have four nekkid people
in the room. We started closing
curtains.
i
discovered i purchased paper that was definitely too nice
for quick sketching. A dream to work on
though. And i even tried charcoal instead of regular
HB pencils, although i was assured by the artist for a
living buddy that it was very socially acceptable to use
regular old pencils as well. Bottom line - what ever
makes you comfortable is cool.
6:00 p.m. arrived
too fast. i think next session we'll be moving the
time up a bit - maybe 1 or 2 in the afternoon
instead. But a little bit of wine, and lots of
laughter made 3 hours pass really quickly!
4 of the
people stayed for dinner. Himself was at His usual
best, (yes He finally came downstairs to linger with the
nakedness) presenting us with roasted chicken, beans and
rice, and baked leeks with prociutto and cheese.
Yum. In the meantime, the pro art person did a body
paint on one of the attendees - over her pierced right
breast she painted the head of a bull, complete with
horns, and the nipple was the bull's nose, complete with
ring. It was perfect!
It's
something about this house. People just get
naked. And then the next thing we know, they are
tied up to the staircase posts. For dessert we had
the lovely bull painted person strung up, with kitchen
twine running through her nipple piercings to the hooks in
the beams... blindfolded, legs bound - and mini flogger
type things being liberally applied. i cringed at
the site of the nipples being pulled - all i could think
was if one of those rings decides to rip .... heh - okay
so i'm a paranoid person. It was tres cool to watch
however! i admit to a ton of envy - being tied and
bound and objectified is a huge turn on for
me. And with the time constraints and sheer
exhaustion Himself and i are enduring these days, time for
that is pretty non-existent. i think we need to
address that! But He was able to have a bit of fun
with a few of the items from the toy bag, and ran a rather
large machete type thing over her body. He had a
very satisfied grin on His face.
So, that
was it - and absolutely a do-able thing for the
future. i'm thinking of maybe in April hosting
another one - not so far away, but still time to recover
from the one we just had. And who knows? Maybe
i'll even get better and faster at the sketching!

perfection - you'll never reach it.”
