Another
big gap in writing time - on the upside, there's a few
light updates in the vanilla journal. Even though i
did manage to blow up the design and have to rebuild
everything. And i'm not crazy about the new look at
all.
Himself put His back out last week. In fact, right
about the same time i was going to pull out the toy bag
and leave its contents all over the room - and make it
very clear what i needed. We never got to that
point. Last weekend He tried to get out of bed - but
nothing happened except for a lot of primal pain
screaming. Poor man. my son has spent the
entire week with Him, driving Him to chiropractic
appointments. He's much better now than He was 8
days ago, but it's still slow going.
An online buddy caught up with me this past week as well,
and we are back writing our "naughty"
story. i love doing this with her - we never know
what each of us is going to write, and when it gets passed
back and forth, we have to respond to what the other
person has written. Sort of like that game where one
person starts with a sentence, and passes it to the next
person to be added to. Except we are working in
paragraphs. i think it's going to be a great (and
naughty) story!
i'm back on my carb reduced diet again - trying to lose
those nasty 10 lbs that never seem to want to go
away. But i'm determined this time - i want Himself
thinking of me as skinny and hot (well as hot as my age
group gets anyway) while He's away.
my only problem with carb reduced is what to eat for
breakfast. Especially when i'm hungry. Like
now.
